Upper Class Collections Pty Ltd commenced operations in Australia in 2006 and has since grown to be a major player in the Asian Pacific region. We are the only Australian agency with offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Philippines. We also have people in Indonesia, Laos and Thailand.

Our objective is to have an office in every ASEAN country.

We can handle all your debt collection, field work and legal requirements in six different countries and this list is growing. We are the only agency with the resources to serve any legal documents on defendants in nine out of the ten ASEAN countries (plus Australia of course) and we will complete all the necessary affidavits to your requirements using notary publics or embassy staff.

Our collection model is as centralized as possible so all downloading is done from one office and then your accounts are distributed to the account manager closest to the debtor. So you can use Upper Class Collections as your single agent for all your collections in the Australian and ASEAN region. All reports are condensed into one report, regardless of the number of debts or countries you have debtors in. You are allocated an account manager who you can communicate with anytime during work hours and all our team communicate with each other in real time.

We have the knowledge to give advice on the best course of action in each of the countries where we operate, so you have one contact with all the knowledge you require to make informed decisions in half of the ASEAN region and Australia. 

Our business model is a big attraction to other debt collection agencies who require an agent for the region, as our single point of contact for such a vast region makes communication simple, effective, with a huge cost saving in preference to using multiple agents.
